Hifz (memorizing the Quran) works best when new work and revision are both written down. This free tracker follows the classic daily cycle: sabaq (the new lesson), sabqi (recent lessons) and manzil (older lessons). Our guide to sabaq, sabqi and manzil explains each part in plain words.
What Is in the Printable
- Page 1, weekly tracker: one row per day for the new lines, the times they were read, recent pages, old pages and minutes of practice. A box for weak pages sits under the grid.
- Page 2, manzil grid: Juz 1 to Juz 30, the date each juz was memorized and 12 boxes to date each full revision.
- Page 3, monthly summary: new pages, pages revised and weak pages fixed for each week, with a teacher comment and a parent signature.
