These terms are the agreement between you and Salam Campus. They apply when you use salamcampus.com, book a free trial or join our classes. Please read them before you sign up. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
Free first class · No card needed · No contract
You agree to these terms when you use our services. This includes booking a trial class or joining a plan. You also agree to our privacy policy and our refund policy.
Are you signing up a child? Then you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian. You also accept these terms for the child.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
New students can book a free trial class. You do not need to give payment details. The trial is 1 class of 30 minutes. Was the first teacher not a good match? Then we may offer a second trial with a different teacher.
Trials are for people who really plan to study with us. We may say no to repeated trial bookings from the same home.
Book a Free TrialAfter the trial, you choose a plan. You can choose 2 to 5 classes a week, or the Hifz (memorising the Quran) plan. You also choose fixed class times each week. Classes are 30 minutes. They are live and one-to-one on a video call. We keep your class times for you every week.
To change your class times, give us at least 1 week's notice. This gives us time to change the teacher's timetable. We will always try to make changes at shorter notice. But we cannot promise this.
These are the rules for missed classes:
Our fees are shown on our Quran learning fees page. They are in USD, GBP, CAD or AUD. We bill you each month, before the month starts.
Payment is due on the date of the bill. If a bill is more than 7 days late, we may pause your classes.
We may change our fees. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before. The new fee starts from your next billing month. You may cancel before the new fee starts.
There is no sign-up fee. The trial is free.
Book a Free TrialYou can pause classes for holidays or exams. You can also cancel your plan fully. To do either, give us at least 1 week's notice. Tell us by email or through your coordinator. You do not pay for paused weeks. Refunds for paid classes you have not used follow our refund policy.
We may end a student's place with notice. We may do this in these cases:
If we end your place, we refund any paid classes you have not used.
Classes are a place of learning and respect. Students, parents and teachers all agree to these rules:
Abuse, harassment or repeated disruption may cause us to end a class. If it goes on, we may cancel the student's place.
Parents may join any class.
Students and parents must not record classes. They must not share teacher contact details, recordings or materials outside the family. The only exception is if we give permission.
We choose a teacher based on the student's level, language and class times. You can ask for a different teacher at any time. We will set up a trial with a new teacher within a week.
Salam Campus hires the teachers. You may not set up private classes directly with a teacher outside our platform while the student is with us. These terms do not cover such private classes.
Lesson plans, worksheets and progress sheets belong to Salam Campus or to the people who license them to us. The content of salamcampus.com belongs to us too. We give these only for the enrolled student's personal use.
We make and keep class recordings for quality checks. Our privacy policy explains this.
We will give classes with reasonable care and skill. Our teachers are qualified. Classes happen at the agreed times.
We do not promise a set speed of progress. Progress depends on the student's attendance and practice.
Any claim you make under these terms has a limit. The most we will pay is the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Some things cannot be limited by law. These include death, personal injury and fraud. Nothing in these terms limits those.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We will email big changes to enrolled students.
These terms follow the laws of the country where Salam Campus is registered. This does not take away the consumer rights you have where you live.
