We want you to pay only for classes you are happy with. This page explains when we refund fees. It also tells you how to ask and how long it takes. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
Free first class · No card needed · No contract
Every new student starts with a free trial class. We do not take payment details to book it. If the trial does not suit you, there is nothing to refund. You do not need to do anything more.
Was the teacher not right for you? Ask for a second trial with a different teacher before you decide.
Book a Free TrialDid you pay for a monthly plan and then change your mind? You can ask for a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
We refund the full fee for classes not yet taken. We take off the value of classes already taught that month. We use the published price per class to work this out.
Do you ask for a refund after 7 days? Then the cancellation rules below apply.
If your teacher misses a class, we move it to another time in the same month. Or a cover teacher teaches it. This costs you nothing.
Sometimes we cannot make up the class within the month. Then we take that class off your next bill, or we refund it. You choose which.
Sometimes we cannot give you a suitable teacher at your agreed times for a long period. Then we refund all your unused classes in full. It does not matter when you paid.
You can cancel or pause your plan at any time. Just give us 1 week's notice. Tell us by email or through your coordinator.
After you give notice, look at the classes you paid for that fall after the cancellation date. We refund them at their price per class. Or we can keep them as credit for when you come back, if you prefer.
You do not pay for paused weeks.
We do not refund classes the student missed without telling us. This is because the teacher kept that time free for them.
We bill the Hifz (memorising the Quran) plan monthly, like every other plan. We also bill the online Ijazah course monthly. An Ijazah is a teaching certificate from a qualified teacher. The same 7-day window applies to both. The same refund rules per class apply too.
Some people pay for more than 1 month at once. They may do this to keep a class time, or because it is easier. If you did this, here is what happens:

Now say you emailed us on the 20th day instead. We would treat this as a cancellation with 1 week's notice. We would refund any classes that fall after that notice period.
A few things are not covered by this policy.
Email info@salamcampus.com from the email address on your account. Or send a message to your coordinator. Tell us these 3 things:
We reply to every request within 1 working day. We confirm the refund amount within 3 working days. We send the refund back to the card or account you paid with. It usually reaches you in 5 to 10 working days. This depends on your bank or card provider.
