Every teacher goes through the same 5 steps before they teach a single child. We check papers, ID and certificates against the originals. In the interview, we look at how they treat children. Read about our quality checks.
For the first month, we review a new teacher's classes every week. Only then do we confirm them as a teacher.
After each class, the teacher writes you a short note. It says what was covered and what to practice. Each month, you also get a written report on your child's progress.
