Class Times in Qatar (UTC+3)

Qatar keeps GMT+3, says Qatar Tourism. GMT+3 is the same as UTC+3. The IANA time zone database lists no clock change for Doha. So a class you book for 4:00 pm stays at 4:00 pm all year.

Our classes run 24/7, so you choose the hour. Our office in Islamabad (PKT) is 2 hours ahead of Qatar. Pakistan time is UTC+5 and does not change either. The middle column below is only a clock converter. You always book in your own time.

Friday Prayer and the Qatar Week

Qatar Tourism says embassies in Qatar are open from Sunday to Thursday and closed on Friday and Saturday. It also says business and shops stop for the Friday prayers, at about 10 am to 12 pm.

Your class does not have to follow the shops. Book any hour on any day, and weekend classes cost the same. If your family prays together on Friday, tell us. We keep that hour free.

Teachers, Languages and Classes for Ladies

Qatar Tourism says Arabic is the official language of Qatar, and English is common in public places. Our teachers can explain in Arabic, Urdu or English. Pick one on the trial form.

Ladies and girls can ask for a female teacher. She teaches the same courses at the same price. Because the class is online, a sister does not need to travel to a centre. Read how we check every teacher.

  • Not the right teacher? Ask us about a trial with a different teacher.
  • No sign-up fee and no contract. You pay one month at a time.
  • Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of paying. We refund every class you have not taken.
  • Pause or stop with 1 week's notice. You do not pay for paused weeks.
  • If your teacher misses a class, you get it back, or a cover teacher takes it. This is free.
  • After you enrol, ask for a new teacher at any time, at no extra cost. We set up a trial with the new teacher within a week.
  • A female teacher or a weekend class costs the same.
  • Teaching more than one child? The second and third child pay a lower fee.
